BL2102 - second year
BL3302 - junior honours year
BL4200 - senior honours year

Important points:
- It is not possible to take all of the modules listed for any Biology degree programme.
- Details given are for guidance only and are not binding. Module options may change subject to teaching requirements.
- Degree programmes require modules totalling 120 credits in each year. Particularly in first and second year, it is likely that you will take some additional modules outwith Biology.
- This is a strength of the St Andrews module system. Students typically add modules from psychology, chemistry, or geography, however you might choose to be more adventurous and take modules from more unusual subjects such as philosophy or medieval history.
- Your advisor of studies will help to guide you through the process of choosing modules at the beginning of each year
